My halfway point is finally here. I feel like I have been doing it forever yet I also feel like the end is in sight. I am so proud of myself for doing the 30 Day Shred for 15 days now!
How to keep yourself going when you want to quit:
Workout in your sports bra and tight fitting pants. Make sure there is a mirror right in front of you. Watch your ass move up and down, up and down. Watch your boobs (which used to be big and round and after breastfeeding 2 kids are tiny and sag) flap up and down, up and down. It is the only way I can make it through a workout. A constant reminder that I am a work in progress and everyday I will bounce and flap less. Sometimes if I am really sweaty, the jumping jacks and double jump rope will actually make my inner thigh fat smack together and that really pushes me to give it my all.

OMG you are hilarious I found your blog and I haven't been able to do mine 30 day shred every day I fell off the wagon. I've tried and I must do it!
