There was some serious huffing and puffing going on during my Shred. I can't even believe the level of improvement in my strength in just 23 days. I am trying to give it my ALL because it is such an easy to follow program and I only have 7 days left!
Downsides to working out everyday:
More Laundry- Usually as a SAHM I can manage to stay in the same outfit through the whole day, poo and puke do not always even require a change of clothes and my daily outfit is not necessarily different than the pajamas I wear to bed
Excessive showering- Is it wrong to think that I don't need to shower everyday if I am not working out? It's not like I get smelly from doing laundry and checking Facebook statuses
When working up a sweat (im talking soaked clothes and hair) a shower and change of clothes are vital
