Want to vomit

The worst part of the DVD may be when you finally get to stretch and you have it memorized because you have been doing the same routine for 16 days now and you can shut your eyes and almost fall asleep sitting there, but then she makes you stand up for two lousy leg stretches! I feel like I could freeze time in that moment of bliss but then she has to go and ruin it and, oh holy shit my legs hurt and I want to scream a few curse words at her but my kids are running around me in circles so I get up and do the stupid leg stretches and FINALLY IT'S OVER! Actually, it goes by pretty fast and I even made it through 7 minutes of Level 3 afterwards but I had to shut her up because she was too spunky for my mood at that point.

  1. Ha! I was going to ask if you had tried Level 2 yet. I'm not ready for it physically yet, but curious about trying out something different. Part of me likes KNOWING when I'm about to do something HORRIBLE and when it's about to be an easier move, but part of me wants to switch it up.

    Want to know my favorite part? After the abs of Circuit 2, when I remember that the first strength move in Circuit 3 is on the ground, too so I don't have to get up. How sad is that?!? haha!
