Hiatus

I am on an exercise hiatus. Keep checking back because I will soon have my butt back in motion.

  1. I have fallen out of the habit as well, way too early in my efforts, but I am working hard to re-encourage myself! Hoping to get back on the Shred (If you like it so much, you could always do another 30 days) and also add some cardio at night at least 2 nights a week. We'll see. Good luck on your own motivation!
